How to dispute a bill

If a charge on your bill looks wrong, open a ticket in the customer portal so we can check it.

Check the bill. Look at the billing dates, charges, payments, and credits. Find the charge or amount you want us to check.

Have your details ready. You will need your invoice number, the amount you are questioning, and a short explanation. If a payment is missing, have its date, amount, and confirmation ready.

Open a ticket in the customer portal. Sign in to the Internet Atlantic customer portal. Go to Support Tickets, open a new support ticket, and choose Billing as the department.

Tell us what looks wrong. Use a subject such as "Bill dispute - Invoice 12345." Explain what you were charged and what you expected. Attach any useful bill, payment receipt, or earlier message about the charge.

You can copy this message:

Please check my bill.
Invoice number:
Charge or amount I am questioning:
What I expected to pay:
Why I think it is wrong:
Payment date and amount, if relevant:

Do not include passwords or full bank or card numbers. Hide those details in any screenshots.

Follow the ticket. Check your ticket in the portal for replies. Use the same ticket to send more details or ask questions, so the information stays together.

Is your payment due soon? Mention that in your ticket and ask what to pay while the bill is being reviewed.

Still need help? We're here.

Open a Billing ticket through the customer portal. You do not need to know exactly why the bill looks wrong - tell us what you noticed and what you would like explained.
